About the Journal

Aims and Scope

The editorial policy of the scientific journal “Visnyk of Vinnytsia Politechnical Institute” is aimed at maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and the comprehensive development of the scientific community. The journal’s activities are based on the following fundamental principles:

- Objectivity and impartiality. Equal conditions are guaranteed for all authors regardless of their academic degree, position, or place of employment. The evaluation of manuscripts is based exclusively on their scientific merit.

- High standards for research quality. Only those articles that contain an in-depth analysis of the problem, a clear methodological framework, and have significant theoretical or practical value for the relevant field of science are accepted for publication.

- Independent peer review. Each submitted manuscript undergoes a mandatory peer-review procedure conducted by independent experts. This helps avoid conflicts of interest and ensures a comprehensive professional evaluation of the submitted works.

- Collegial decision-making. The final decision on accepting an article for publication is made not individually but through collective discussion at meetings of the editorial board, taking into account the reviewers’ conclusions.

- Open communication with authors. The editorial office maintains an atmosphere of transparency, ensuring prompt feedback at all stages of manuscript processing –from submission to publication.

- Protection of intellectual property. The journal follows a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism. The editorial office strictly adheres to current copyright and related rights legislation, as well as to international ethical standards of the publication process.

- Key criteria for manuscript selection. The main condition for accepting a manuscript for publication is its undeniable scientific novelty. The ideas presented in the article must be relevant and correspond to current challenges in science and practice. In addition, the editorial board carefully verifies the scientific and factual reliability of the presented data, experimental results, and calculations, as these form the journal’s reputation and the trust of the scientific community.
